What is a Movie Appraisal? Definition MOVIE APPRAISAL: a motion picture or audiovisual work that satisfies standards rule 2.1 of the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  The copyright owner is Zachary Alan Brown, who founded The Movie Appraisal Company LLC. 

Before Zachary Alan Brown, appraisal reporting options were limited to boring oral or super dull writing.
